G Prints Miniatures operates the Skyglass website and My Skyglass member accounts. This page explains how we use personal information when you order, contact us or create an account.
Information we collect
We may collect your name, email address, account information, delivery address, items ordered, order amounts, delivery updates, and My Skyglass rewards records. Our payment provider Stripe processes payment information; we do not store your complete card details in My Skyglass.
Why we use it
We use this information to manage accounts, fulfil and deliver orders, respond to questions, prevent fraud and account misuse, keep legally required financial records, and provide rewards you choose to use. These uses are generally necessary for a contract, our legitimate interests in operating the store, or our legal obligations. We will seek consent where legally required for marketing.
Who we share information with
Information is processed by service providers where needed to run the shop: Stripe for payments, Supabase for My Skyglass accounts and order records, Cloudflare for website hosting and security, and delivery carriers to fulfil orders. They receive only information relevant to their services. Some processing may occur outside the UK subject to applicable safeguards.
How long we keep information
We retain information only for as long as needed for the purposes above, including any applicable tax, accounting and legal obligations. Account-related information may be retained while your account is active and for a justified period after closure; transaction records may need to be kept longer. We will review and document more specific retention periods as the business develops.
Security and your rights
We use account authentication, restricted database access and hosted payment processing, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal information, object to certain processing, and raise a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
